Welcome to The Revellion! By booking or participating in a session with us, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.  

 1. Services Provided

The Revellion specializes in boudoir photography and videography, offering clients a safe, inclusive, and empowering environment to capture intimate moments. Services may include but are not limited to:  

- Individual or couple boudoir photo sessions  

- Videography services  

- Professional editing and retouching  

- Digital and print product delivery  

2. Client Conduct & Comfort

We are committed to ensuring your experience is professional and comfortable.  

- Consent & Comfort: You have the right to stop or adjust the session at any time if you feel uncomfortable.  

- Prohibited Behavior: Harassment, inappropriate conduct, or any violation of studio policies will result in immediate termination of the session without refund.  

- Accompaniment: Clients may bring one guest for support, but they must adhere to studio policies and remain respectful.  

3. Booking & Payment

- Retainers: A non-refundable Retained is required to secure your session date and time.  

- **Final Payment**: Full payment is due [X] days before the scheduled session.  

- **Cancellation Policy**:  

  - Cancellations made more than [X] days in advance may be rescheduled without penalty.  

  - Cancellations within [X] days of the session forfeit the deposit.  

  - No-shows result in the forfeiture of all payments made.  

4. Rescheduling

We understand that life happens. Clients may reschedule their session once with at least [X] days' notice, subject to availability. Additional rescheduling requests may incur a fee.  

5. Image & Video Rights

- Client Rights: You retain full rights to your images and videos unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.  

- Studio Portfolio: With your explicit written consent, The Revellion may use select images for promotional purposes, including website and social media.  

- Confidentiality: Without consent, your images and videos will remain private and will not be shared or distributed.  

6. Editing & Delivery

- Turnaround Time: Edited photos and videos will be delivered within 6-8 weeks of your session.  

- Revision Policy: Each package includes [X] rounds of revisions. Additional revisions will incur a fee.  

- File Formats: Final products will be delivered digitally in high-resolution format. Prints or other physical products can be purchased separately.  

7. Liability

- Studio Safety The Revellion is committed to providing a safe environment. However, clients assume all risks associated with their participation in a session.  

- Limit of Liability: In the unlikely event of equipment failure, loss of images, or other unforeseen issues, The Revellion's liability is limited to rescheduling the session.  

8. Force Majeure

The Revellion is not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, or illness. In such cases, sessions will be rescheduled at no additional cost.  

9. Agreement & Modifications

By booking a session, you agree to these Terms of Service. The Revellion reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
