Your package selections will be made by the day of your gallery reveal/ordering appointment.

Returns & Refunds

Retainers collected are non-refundable.
Pre-paid collections are refundable up to 30 days prior to your session, and transferrable up to a week before. Cancellation fees and/or rescheduling fees may apply.
No refunds will be granted once orders have been submitted to the printer or digitals have been delivered to the client.
Charge backs on completed and delivered work are subject to legal action and collections.
Products that are not hand delivered will require a signature at the time of delive
